3. Sunbathing on the beaches of Pampelonne
The beaches of Pampelonne have made St Tropez a party destination. Back in the days, it is the atmosphere of the beachclub La Voile Rouge that has given St Tropez its reputation. Today, other beachclubs have taken up the torch, including Nikki Beach and Bagatelle.

4. Visit Cap Taillat
The beach of Cap Taillat is one of the wildest beaches of Ramatuelle. Straddling the township of La Croix Valmer and Ramatuelle, the beach is the link between Cap Taillat and the mainland, with fine sand on one side and pebbles on the other.
You can reach it via the coastal path which starts from the beach of l’Escalet and runs along secluded beaches and creeks. A true green lung and natural jewels of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, it offers visitors more than 2.5 km of coastal trails, bordered by magnificent, lush vegetation.
If you are more of a swimmer than a hiker, book a boat to discover the panorama from the sea.
5. Have a drink in Sénequier
An emblematic café in the Port of St Tropez, Sénequier has welcomed the biggest stars of France and of the world. You can drink your coffee in the morning, enjoy a fresh rosé in the afternoon or sip a cocktail in the early evening, while being lulled by the comings and goings of tourists along the port.
6. Enjoying the sunset at the Ermitage
If sipping cocktails is part of your bucket list in Saint Tropez, then I recommend that you go and enjoy the sunset from the terrace of the Hotel Ermitage.

8. Book a boat trip to Port Grimaud
Discover the Venice of Provence by boat. Port Grimaud is a unique architectural ensemble, listed in 2002 as a 20th century heritage site. A lakeside town in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, it was imagined and built by the architect François Spoerry from 1966.
Small canals cross the city and border the colourful houses. A boat trip allows you to live the intimate experience of crossing the canals of the city.
9. Taste the wine of the Ramatuelle vineyards
The South of France is known for its rosé, and this is even more true of St Tropez, with the Château Minuty rosé in particular, which is exported internationally.
Book a driver and take a tour of the vineyards of St Tropez and Ramatuelle. You will have the opportunity to visit the cellars, learn more about the French way of making rosé wines and of course taste the fruits of this laborious work.
10. Walk along the coastal path
Stretch your legs and explore the wilderness that surrounds the St Tropez peninsula. The Sentier du Littoral is one of the great hikes in France. Here is a magnificent walk along the coastline amidst umbrella pines, oaks, scrub, with a rocky coast dotted with beaches, and a sea so turquoise in places that it will be hard to resist swimming.
