With Covid-charts & numbers getting lower and lower, the French government was urged to ease restrictions for beach clubs and restaurants in Saint Tropez. Mid-May, dozens of beachclubs opened up their terrasse to avid sunbathers who could’nt wait to enjoy the party as it once was.
Saint Tropez, with its vivid party life, is back in the post-covid world, celebrating the simple pleasures of life.
Nevertheless, we will have to get used to some here-to-stay regulations such as social distancing between tables & mask-wearing.
So here are the list of the major beachclubs in Saint Tropez that reopened mid May, and the coming key dates for the opening seasons of Summer 2021.

It is the perfect place for a lazy day at the beach with friends & family, yet, the party wibes can get going as the day wears on.
Its beachfront restaurant is know for its generous portions, its strong cocktails and its top-notched service.
Jardin Tropezina
Jardin Tropezina is the official beachclub of Chateau la Messadiere, Palace Hotel.
In addition, it is open almost year-round, making it a favorite spot amongst locals.
Verde Beach
Verde, one of the new spots on Pampelonne back in 2019, rapidly grew a reputation among A-listers of St Tropez. Ideal for a laid-back lunch, this beachclub is a magnet for party-goers who can transform the place into a vibrant party scene at a moment’s notice.

Shellona Beach
Sister of the iconic Shellona in St Barth, Shellona beachclub settled in St Tropez in 2019, importing what made its success in the Carribeans to the village of Saint Tropez.

Beach clubs St Tropez : Safety measures
New safety measures regarding social distancing have been implemented at all restaurants and beach clubs St Tropez. Sunbeds must be distant of 3m (about 9ft). Groups of 10 persons maximum are allowed. Different groups must keep a distance of about 6ft.

Will these safety measures stay ? Will these regulations be eased during summer 2020 ? How will the covid-19 situation evolve ? It is hard to say.
